It helps us if you use the Request Appointment form as we may be with a client when you call. Using the Request Appointment form also gives us an electronic version of all your information.
Don't worry, your Request Appointment information will not fall into the proverbial black hole! We check for new Appointment Requests the first thing in the morning, during the day in-between clients and in the evening after all appointments are complete; basically every waking minute that we aren't with a client!
On the Request Appointment form, you can provide Preferred Dates and Preferred Time Windows as described below.
Preferred Dates and Times
Enter your available days and times. Once we get your request, we will review our Booking Schedule and call you back to actually schedule your preferred date and time, or to work with you to schedule a different date in the event that we are already booked on the date and time you requested.
Because we are a mobile service, we must take into account client location, as well as drive time between clients, when scheduling appointments. If possible, we try to schedule appointments that are close to one another in the same time window so we can spend less time on the road and more time with you and your pet(s)!
And of course, as a mobile service we have to deal with "around town" traffic. This can make it challenging to guarantee an exact appointment time. That's why we ask you to specify a preferred time window rather than an exact time.
