** Standard appointments are 30 minutes. Second Opinion Appointments, Quality of Life Appointments and Appointments requiring more then 30 minutes may incur an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee for appointments within the SCV area. Appointments outside of the SCV area may be subject to a higher cancellation fee due to additional travel time reserved for the appointment.
